Sam & Dean get shot by other hunters in their hotel room, go to Heaven, see memories of theirs, first and best of which for Dean involves little Sam and some fireworks, NONE of Sam's which include Dean at all. Ash and Pamela show up in Heaven, are awesome x a billion and help out the boys, God's like "I know about the Apocalypse but I'm not gonna help. I'm out, ya'll" so angels are like :| and Sam and Dean are like D: but Dean's more like ;___; because he's deeply hurt that none of Sam's memories have Dean in them. Castiel shows up, panicking a bit, and upon hearing about God, almost loses his shit. He calls God a SOB and gives back Dean's amulet, but Dean's not having it. He drops it in a trash can and walks out and I AM A CRYING, SOBBING MESS.
