No, that makes perfect sense. I get that because you like my writing, you see it as a point to work toward, right? But it's also important to you to make it your own. It's actually something I do a lot too, so you're not alone.

Writer's block is pretty horrible to me when it wants to be. Case and point, I've got a ton of actual ideas for my stories right now, but nothing to carry them along and put them into words, so I have to keep wandering around and watching different things, reading, going places, anything to jingle something loose, to give me that feeling to run back to my laptop and let my fingers fly.

As for the chapters, it's just easier for me to charge through it. I don't really know how, just when I have ideas for where to take a story, I go with it and let it come as it may, then edit and add and subtract little things when I'm done with a chapter. I try to make it a decent length, but with ones like TPTP the average chapter was something like 5000+ words, so I don't even know :-)

Don't feel like a creep! I like it when people ask me stuff; makes me feel like a real writer ^__^
