Doctor Who todayyyy, yeaaahhhh!

Of course I'll have to wait another couple hours than my British friends, being on entirely the wrong side of the world, but Twitter will be active, therefore I shall be entertained in the meantime :)
I promised
firedragon9 AAAAAGESSSS ago that I'd do some screenies to show her my UI, and finally I have been not-lazy enough to upload and post, though since I got my new sparkle pony (ie Celestial Steed), I feel like I'm going to end up having a screenshot-palooza of the WoW variety coming up :3

My Death Knight, and Pitbull UI looks particularly awesome with DKs because of glowy blue eyes of DOOM :3 I've since switched my spec from Blood to Frost, though, in light of the fact the Blood will become the DK tanking spec in Cataclysm, so this screen doesn't reflect those changes, but I do have a bit of clean up to do, especially since I'm planning on replacing Recount (seen on the bottom left) and Omen (toggled off here) with Skada, since it keeps track of both DPS and threat.

My main! Prot pally extraordinaire :) Paladins, we are teh shiny.
Total list of add ons used:
Pitbull UI
Bartender 4
OneBag
Omen
Recount
Elkano's Buff Bars
Chinchilla
Prat 3.0
Silverdragon
Skinner
Altoholic
Auctioneer
Grid (for keeping track of my raid members/healing)
AtlasLoot
Pally Power (only active on my paladin, helps especially in raids because blessings and auras can be assigned to each paladin by the raid leaders)
So, Doctor Who this afternoon, catching on up my politics, Icecrown Citadel raid tonight, everything is shiny all around :) Hope everyone is doing well!

now for questions!
1. how do you get that picture of your character on pitbull?
2. what's that background recount, chat, and bartender are on? it looks cool!
3. do you not use pitbull party frames and just use grid?
also, i got 4 pieces of tier 9. :DDDDDDDDD and i moved my dk over to the server.

1. /pitbull
*click on the Player tab on the list
*click on the Other tab
*there should be an option that says Portrait. Clicky!
*click the checkbox on Enable Portrait, then down below make sure Side is set to Center
*crank the Height all the way up to 12
*optional: you can set Style to 2D or 3D. I have it set on 3D, so my character's portrait moves constantly
*then you can adjust the size of the frame itself one Other>Size. I usually make it the same size as my target frame and offset both on either side of where my character is centered. Like so:
2. That's Skinner! it takes a short bit of fiddling, but you can create that shadow background and I'm pretty sure the opacity is adjustable too. What you see is the default, since I thought it was fine enough :)
3. Nope, I eschew PitBull party/raids frames for the clean look Grid gives me. It is a bit of a disadvantage, as I have no way of keeping track of my party's mana unless I target them, but in raid situations this isn't a huge deal as no one pretty much ever runs out of mana because of buffs, and we have enough pauses in ICC to allow healers to regain mana.
Grats and WOOHOO! Get her invited to the guild!

2. very pretty. it keeps the screen sort of contained.
3. :O i might have to try that on my healer, it might make things easier.
i will have to ask sometime. i'm still pretty chicken shit when it comes to that. :(
