Today's my 18th birthday! w00t! *dancedance* There were only about five people that didn't say "Whoa, you're legal now!" XD My buddy Sean gave me the Terry Pratchett book Maskerade, a glorious spoof on Phantom of the Opera and the movie Swing Kids (and feeding my fangirlishness for Robert Sean Leonard in the process) ^__^ My coworker stole my keys and returned them before I could properly knock his head off, but I'll forgive him because he left a vase of roses in my car ♥
Grandma made filet mignon for dinner, which John totally ruined by being his usual egotistical self, but Sam told him off :-) They're taking me out to dinner tomorrow, but if it wasn't my birthday the day before, I don't think John would invite me.
Dad called and said happy birthday, which was tres cool, and paid to have my car fixed up for a present, which was very nice of him. Overall, I think my relatives are hlding back on me because I'm graduating in June. It doesn't bother me :P Go me!
