Anderson Cooper feels my pain! I've lost more bits and pieces of nail to my insatiable anxiety than I could ever deem justifiable :) I promise my next post will contain pictures of A) my awful, nail-bitten hands, and B) my Colbert shirt ;)
Mucho mucho exciting news, folks! After our excrutiatingly long practice today, the band director up at Riverside Community College informed us that we would be the featured band that leads in Santa Claus at the end of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!!one!!!11!1oneone!eleven!! I'm gonna be famous, bitches! :P This is really special, because the only two marching bands in the parade that really matter are the first one, which is comprised of one person from each state, and the last, which leads in the big man in the red coat, effectively ringing in the Christmas season! And we're it! *victory dance* Plus this is the 80th annual parade! Make sure to watch for me on NBC on Thursday, November 23rd!
